1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of ostk software and the ostk.ai website. ostk is open source software distributed under the MIT License.
2. The software
ostk is provided as-is. You can use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of the MIT License. The source code is available at github.com/os-tack.
3. No account required
ostk runs locally on your machine. There is no account creation, no authentication service, and no cloud dependency. You do not need to agree to these terms to use the software — the MIT License governs that. These terms cover the website and any hosted services (such as the needle-bench leaderboard).
4. needle-bench leaderboard
If you submit benchmark scores to the public leaderboard:
- Scores are published with the model name and provider you specify
- You represent that scores are generated by running the standard bench suite without modification
- We reserve the right to remove scores that appear fabricated or generated from modified scenarios
5. Website
The ostk.ai website provides documentation and benchmark results. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. See the MIT License for the full warranty disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of ostk shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or this website.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
