1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of ostk software and the ostk.ai website. The ostk binary is provided under the terms detailed in the License page.
2. The Software
ostk is provided as-is. The binary is free for personal and internal commercial use. See License for the full grant and restrictions.
3. No ostk account required
ostk does not require an ostk account or an ostk-hosted control plane. Canonical project state is stored locally. Features you configure can contact model providers, web and download endpoints, registrars, update services, outbound drivers, or provider-backed context storage; those services may have their own terms. You do not need to agree to these website terms to use the software — the License governs that.
4. Website
The ostk.ai website provides documentation and benchmark results. We use Plausible Analytics, configured without site cookies, for aggregate page views, tagged interface events, outbound-link clicks, and file-download events. See our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. See the License for the full warranty disclaimer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of ostk shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or this website.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
