These terms govern your use of ostk software and the ostk.ai website. The ostk binary is provided under the terms detailed in the License page.
2. The Software
ostk is provided as-is. The binary is free for personal and internal commercial use. See License for the full grant and restrictions.
3. No account required
ostk runs locally on your machine. There is no account creation, no authentication service, and no cloud dependency. You do not need to agree to these terms to use the software — the License governs that. These terms cover the website and any hosted services.
4. Website
The ostk.ai website provides documentation and benchmark results. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool — for aggregate page view counts only. See our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. See the License for the full warranty disclaimer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of ostk shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software or this website.
7. Changes
